hobekuntzan aktiboki parte hartzeko aukera ematen dielako, erabakiak herritarren beharretara egokitzea erraztuz.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esperientziak erakutsi du politikek, proiektuek eta jarduketek arrakasta izateko probabilitate handiagoa dutela interesatuek sortzen dituztenean, gizartean baztertuta dauden kolektiboak left;\">Gizarte-konpromisoa eta gizarte-eragileen inplikazioa errazteko.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Errealitatea eraldatzeko, bere beharretara egokitutako konponbideak sortzea erraztuz.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Aurrez egindako prozesu edo proiektu bat ebaluatzeko, datu objektiboak eta subjektiboak lortzeko, bai eta taldearen dinamikei buruzkoak
